Machine is equipped with 15" Touch screeen and 4 Axis. X, Y1,y2 and R axis. We are providing 2 year warranty on control system.
Cnc Press brake application is for precision bending of thin sheet metal to manufacturing of metal enclosure, control panel, switch gear boxes etc.

This machine is eco-friendly as it runs without need of oil and less electricity require compare to traditional hydraulic press brake machine.

Rayz Bend brand HYBRID CNC PRESS BRAKE HB1130 Model is designed with latest HYBRID Technology which saves Electricity about 50% compare to traditional CNC Hydraulic machine which need Induction motor base pump system. It also saves oil about 70%. 
Main advantage is speed and faster control through dual servo motors on Y1 and Y2 axis. The machine equipped with Techmation control system with 15" screen and 4+1 Axis. (Y1,Y2, X,R + Motorized Crowning)

HB 1130 have bending force capacity upto 110 ton and 3200mm in Length. Hence in full length can bend upto 4 mm. 

Backgauge have 4 fingers which help customer to handle longer or smaller lenght part easily.
